Material - FOAM OPTIONS

We offer two foam options for outdoor upholstery. Standard foam and quick dry foam. We will always supply standard foam with all orders.

Quick dry is only available by request. Quick dry is subject to availability and may be subject to minimum quantities.

The technical specifications of Standard foam are as follows:

This is a synthetic foam produced through a chemical reaction process between polyalcohol with isocyanate and additive materials.

It forms an object with a hollow structure and cell walls that have weight (density) and flexibility. The composition is 100% Polyurethane.

It can be used for both indoor and outdoor upholstery.

The technical specifications of Quick Dry foam are as follows:

Quick Dry Foam is an advanced, high-performance foam specifically designed for outdoor cushions. It is produced by Urecel using a process called Hydro-Blast Reticulation. This foam has large, open pores that allow water to drain rapidly and fresh air to circulate freely. It also utilizes anti-microbial technology to prevent the growth of common molds and fungus.

Quick Dry Foam is suitable for outdoor upholstery.

The advantage of quick dry foam is that it dries about 50% faster than standard foam. However, it is more expensive. Please note that there may be minimum order quantities for quick dry foam.
